Orders & Payments
All orders made before 3:00pm EST, will be
shipped the same business day. If order is placed after 3:00pm EST, your
order will be shipped the next business day. We ship United States Postal
Service for all shipping at this time. USPS Delivery Confirmation is
automatically included with every order over $100. Accepted payment
method is PayPal. Please note after placing your order, please email your orders desired color description to (bosslady@weavesandthings.com).
A PayPal invoice receipt will be sent to your email with a full
description of your order.
Return and Exchange:

Weaves & Thing's if you have any problems or dissatisfaction with your
item or items. We like all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with there
purchases from Boss Lady's Weaves & Thing's. Please Note: Returns are
only accepted if the item is not as described. Only defective items are
eligible for full refund. Refunds are not granted for Buyer Error, also please note there will be a 25% restocking fee. Please ask questions before purchasing. Item or items must be return within 3 days of delivery, item must be unworn and in original packaging condition.
If all terms are met a full refund or exchange will be granted, exclude
shipping cost.
